Functionality & Scope

Both Aspasia and Aspasia Cloud share the same levels of functionality and scope.  What differs is the way in which much of this is delivered.  Aspasia has a traditional approach albeit via a web based interface whereas Aspasia Cloud offers an additional level of communication and information sharing using new digital based opportunities.

This section, however, is concerned with the scope of the functionality of both products in terms of residential sales, lettings and property management. It is not intended to be a definitive guide but rather an indication at a summary level of the scope and functionality in both products.

Configurability

Aspasia and Aspasia Cloud are fully configurable and have many hundreds of parameters which are set up to ensure that the system runs exactly how you what it to. Whether it is as simple as the contents of a look up table or as complex as what happens when a tenancy is created, the timings and events surrounding each action are configured by you at your convenience.

Security levels can be set by user, Department, Branch etc., and management can decide what level of access all staff should be allowed. All settings are fully adjustable by staff you define as system administrators within your company.
