These areas are a broad overview of the functions of Aspasia/Aspasia Cloud common to both sales and lettings. In this section the term "Aspasia" represents both Aspasia and Aspasia Cloud.
Diary The diary is a central component and controls most of the functionality of the system. The diary can be used to navigate around the various elements of Aspasia and is a point of access to individual records and events. When accessing the System users are taken directly to their own diary, they can then access the diary of other users and offices and see the whole office or indeed whole company diary if they have the relevant permission in the configuration settings. Applicants/Prospective Tenants
- Aspasia is a single database which holds information on all applicants and prospective tenants and their respective requirements.
- An applicant can become a prospective tenant and vice versa simply by adding property requirements to buy as well as rent.
- Aspasia checks new applicant records against the database to avoid duplication.
- Applicants can be shared across offices and disciplines as required.
- Extensive reports can be run detailing specific requirements which can then be used to produce mailings and promotional materials.
- There is a quick applicant entry facility to cope with entering very basic details of applicants for the sake of speed if required.
- Fields within the entry screens can be configured to ensure that certain key elements are mandatory. These fields are determined by you and specified in site configuration.

- Reports can be run to interrogate the database demonstrating to vendors/landlords what interest there has been in their property and what progress is being made with any sale/let. Reports can be generated showing number of times the property has featured in newspaper adverts, the number of applicants it has been matched with, viewings, offers and any feedback.

- The various elements of property information are stored in Aspasia once a property is listed.

- A list of available properties can also be produced and emailed/mailed to interested parties.
- Your website can be configured to either pull information directly from Aspasia (XML feed) or you can take advantage of the free search screens provided to you which can easily be seamlessly embedded in your website.
