Sales - Overview
- An applicant can be linked to a property and a sale created. This automatically generates events in the diary based on the parameters set when Aspasia is configured.
- Referral opportunities are highlighted and logged to pick up on cross selling opportunities for Financial Services and other related sales.
- Separate postcode validation software is embedded within Aspasia which speeds up the process of entering data. This can also be linked to Google maps to show the location of properties on a map within your website.
- SMS text messages can be generated from within Aspasia to notify Applicants of new instructions.
Sales Progression
- Once a sale is created the diary will be used to progress the various elements to the sale.
- All actions are logged in the system and generate new actions for chasing/monitoring as the sale moves towards exchange.
- The exact way in which sales are monitored can be configured in the configuration settings under site configuration.
- Details of mortgages, valuations, solicitors and other contractors can all be stored and referred to at any time.
- Milestones can be set up and customised to meet your requirements.
- Full progression notes can be entered with unlimited amount of text.
- Pipeline reporting can be carried out.
- Board management via email or printing off for faxing.
- Key logging.
- Vendor feedback to demonstrate to vendors what interest there has been in their property and what progress is being made with any sale.
- Reports can be generated showing number of times the property has featured in newspaper adverts, the number of applicants it has been matched with, viewings, offers and any feedback.
- Vendor Login allows vendors to monitor progress of a sale without the need to call the office.
- All documents are linked to the individual records.
- Any letters or emails written are linked to the record of the sale to ensure you can easily monitor all correspondence in relation to specific sales.
- Full scanning of related documents (Surveys, HIP's, letters etc), which are then stored within the database against the specific record for easy retrieval.
- All documents have mail merge facility which means no re-keying of address information.

New Homes
- This area of Aspasia is designed specifically to cater for new homes developments.
- It allows you to enter plot types within specific development and allows for such areas as site maps and artists impressions to be shown.
- Once a sale is agreed, a sales record can be created and progressed in the usual way using the sales progression functionality.
Invoicing
- Full accounting facility to enable the raising of invoices and credit notes related to commissions on sales.
- Invoices are raised and issued to solicitor on exchange
