Aspasia itself is 100% web based and therefore ideally suited to interfacing with an agent's own web site. Links made to Aspasia from a web site invariably use live data and are therefore always totally up to date.
There is an ever increasing use made of e-Business with users of Aspasia and details of this functionality can be found here. However, this section concentrates on the more traditional property search and applicant registration aspects of the system. Typically an estate or letting agent within Aspasia's target market sector will already have his own web site and will generally wish to retain the services of his own web design resource.
However, Aspasia makes it very easy to integrate into an agent's web site any functionality that uses data from within Aspasia itself. Often all the web designer needs to do is to embed a link into the existing site and to liaise with Aspasia regarding the configuration of a few parameters which will result in the Aspasia "plug in" matching the look and feel of the main site. At the other extreme web designers can have full access to the Aspasia HTML code or can have complete freedom in design by using the Aspasia XML interfaces.
Introduced in 2007 was the ability for Aspasia customers to have their properties for sale or rent displayed on Google maps. This allows potential customers to use all the functionality of Google mapping in the context of the properties they have for sale or rent. An example of this functionality can be seen on the Marchand Petit web site.
The really key advantage of the Aspasia model is the fact that the public are using the same live data as the negotiators in the agency itself meaning data is always 100% up to date with the agent needing to do absolutely nothing at all. We have experience working with most of the specialist property web site developers in the UK and we can liaise with them on your behalf in terms of the options available to you regarding the integration of Aspasia data.
