Overview

Third party rapid addressing software has been integrated into Aspasia as an optional extra. This product is a fully featured solution which allows users to search and verify addresses by postcode, building, street or whatever information is at hand.

Aspasia's Postcode option is usually taken by most customers and is available from £7 per user per month.

This software is a third party product which has been integrated into Aspasia so that any screen used for address details can benefit. A significant part of the cost consists of Royal Mail licences.

Not only does the software make entering address information faster and more accurate, it also significantly aids the process of avoiding duplicate addresses being entered into the Aspasia database.

The Royal Mail postcode database is automatically updated by SPA at regular intervals meaning there is nothing for the user to do except to use the software itself.
