Basic Costs

Aspasia is a rental solution designed so that the cost of the software can be provided by ongoing revenue without the need for any substantial initial investment. As such, Aspasia represents a low cost, low risk solution. The pricing structure is very simple.....

Initial set up based on £200 per branch (minimum £1,500) to cover software configuration.

Ongoing costs are £38 per user per month (residential sales or financial services) or £55 per user per month (residential lettings) rental with a minimum monthly cost of £380.

There is no minimum contract period for Aspasia rental payments which include full technical support, routine upgrades and ongoing maintenance.

Discounts

Quantity discounts are applicable to the monthly rentals as follows:

If a customer wishes to host Aspasia on their own servers there is an additional discount of 5%. However, in this situation it will be necessary to pay for Oracle licence costs.

Training

Training can be undertaken at SPA's offices in Berkshire or on a client's site. The charge is £600 per day for which up to 6 users can be accommodated (expenses are payable for visits to client sites).

The typical duration of training courses (and therefore their cost) is shown below:

Optional Extras

• Street Level (TeleAtlas data): £7 user/month.
• Street Level (PAF data): £8 user/month.
• Premise Level (PAF data): £12 user/month.
